Divercitizens is an organization which aims to generate impact in the political, social, economic, and cultural spheres, expanding the visibility and participation of LGBTQ+ people in the various spaces of society.
The biggest goal is to develop a LGBTQ+ agenda in the public and private sectors, counting on the effective engagement from the LGBTQ+ community in Brazil in order to make progresses to be maintained and also advanced.
Salomão Cunha Lima
Founder and Strategy Leader
Salomão has been working for more than eight years in the areas of Institutional and International Relations in educational institutions and several third sector organizations, such as Associations, Chamber of Commerce and NGOs. He is graduated in International Relations with a specialization in Public Policy.
Salomão is currently the Communications & Engagement Coordinator of Brasscom (Brazilian Associations of ICT Companies).
Since 2015, he has developed projects focused on the LGBTQ+ inclusion in Brazil, such like G.A.M.E.S. (Government Affairs, Media, Entrepreneurs & Supporters), an initiative that puts together a group of LGBTQ+ professionals who aim to discuss about diversity and inclusion of LGBT+ people in the public and private labor market through monthly meetings. GAMES was one of the pioneer groups in the debate regarding LGBTQ+ inclusion in the corporations. He is also a lecturer on Diversity and Inclusion in the Brazilian context.
Eliezer Silveira Filho
Founder and Communication Leader
Working more than 15 years in marketing in many companies, he has a MBA in Marketing and, also, several courses about innovation methodologies.
He built his career working in large technology companies, developing strategies to expand innovation awareness. As social activities, works in 2 main topics: LGBTQ+ inclusion in the corporative market and refugees inclusion
Besides being a marketing executive, Eliezer acts in the promotion of egalitarian rights, with emphasis on the LGBTQ cause.
He current works at Stefanini as CMO, recognized by Fast Company magazine as the fourth most innovative company in the Brazil and the and the fifth most internationalized company in the country according to FDC (Fundação Dom Cabral).
